Questions
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Pixfit runs inside your browser tab. The images are read, changed and saved on your own device; nothing is sent to a server.
How do I resize in cm or inches?
Pick cm, mm or inches as the unit and set the DPI (300 is standard for print). Pixfit converts the size to pixels: at 300 DPI one inch is 300 pixels.
What does 'keep proportions' do?
The picture is scaled to fit inside the width and height you typed without being squashed, so one side may come out shorter.
Can I make an image bigger?
Yes, but enlarging cannot add detail: going beyond about 2× the original makes it look soft.
