Pixfit

Compress an image to 50 KB

Every file comes out at 50 KB or smaller, at the best quality that fits.

Files stay on this device. Nothing is uploaded.

How it works

  1. 1Choose your photo or scan.
  2. 2The limit is already 50 KB. Change it if your form asks for something else.
  3. 3Download the file.

What 50 KB looks like

50 KB keeps a portrait sharp at about 600–900 pixels wide — enough for application forms and profile pictures. Typical use: ID photos and signatures on government and exam application forms.

Questions

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Pixfit runs inside your browser tab. The images are read, changed and saved on your own device; nothing is sent to a server.

Will my photo look bad at 50 KB?

50 KB keeps a portrait sharp at about 600–900 pixels wide — enough for application forms and profile pictures.

My form says 50 KB minimum, not maximum. What do I do?

Use the resize tool to make the picture larger in pixels, or raise the quality — larger dimensions produce a bigger file.

Can I compress several photos at once?

Yes. Drop them all in; each one is compressed to the same limit and you can download them together as a ZIP.
